ROLE
As a Procurement Manager within the sourcing and supplier management team, you will deliver end-to-end sourcing engagements that help organisations optimise supplier spend and improve procurement outcomes.
You will manage multiple sourcing initiatives across categories, leading RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, conducting supplier evaluations, and driving commercial negotiations through to contract award and implementation. You will work closely with internal and client stakeholders across finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure procurement activities are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable cost savings.
This role offers exposure to client-facing delivery within a consulting environment, supporting procurement transformation initiatives while remaining hands-on in sourcing execution, supplier performance management, and contract lifecycle oversight.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles within consulting or large corporate environments
Strong experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP, tender management)
Proven ability in supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, and contract management
Experience working in complex industries such as mining, resources, or heavy industrial environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with exposure to cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders
Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar
Relevant degree in supply chain, commerce, or a related field; CIPS or similar qualification advantageous
